We ask targeted domain questions to validate ownership vs. exposure — tools in context, scenario trade-offs, incident patterns. Deep technical screening is done live with our recruiters.
What if I'm only exploring (not actively searching)?+
That's normal. Many of the professionals we work with are passive. We keep it discreet and move at your pace.
How fast can you deliver a shortlist?+
For well-scoped roles, we compress the first shortlist aggressively. For confidential or senior searches, calibration comes first — and we're transparent about the tradeoff.
